Safety, setup, and wing control
Learn on a paddle board before moving to a foilboard
Build balance, steering, jibing, and upwind skills

Transition from paddle board to wingfoil board
Develop foil control and confidence
Refine starts, balance, stance, and direction changes
Learn how to choose the right board, foil, and wing
